&lt;p&gt;i think there was a great layout of one of shots from Titanic in Ron Brinkman&#039;s book too, huge but unreadable.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;there is also a facebook group that is posting some shake stuff but not very active.&lt;/p&gt;
